About

Hi!

Welcome to A Moment of My World!

You can call me…..Ruth.

I’m a young southern lady in my twenties.

I’m a vegetarian, a bookworm, I love the classics, history, mythology, mystery, and I could go on and on. There are too many books to read and not enough lifespan in which to read them. The only books I don’t really like are romance novels, they just don’t appeal to me.

Crocheting is one of my favorite hobbies, I usually always have a new project to work on.

Knitting is something I started doing recently and I love it!

I enjoying baking and cooking, but I prefer to bake.

I love nature.

Watching films is one of my favorite past times. My favorites are period films, action, horror, sci-fi, and some TV series’ – which are: Person of Interest, Agents of Shield, Castle, Suits, Once Upon a Time, and The Walking Dead. Now just as a heads-up, I don’t watch them as they air week by week, I wait for the DVD to be released and watch them all within a few days. So please no “spoilers” about what has happened in currently airing episodes.

I enjoy music – classical, country, movie soundtracks, Celtic, and many other kinds, except jazz, hip-hop, rap, and hard rock.

I love fashion, yet I have none. Oh, and I’m a big believer in “recycling” your clothes.

I love history! I have since I was a young girl.

Museums are awesome!

Oh, one more thing. I was never very good at writing, so please excuse the grammatical errors, and the seemingly incoherent thought process. I’m very good at speaking, but not so good at putting my thoughts into writing or words……sometimes.
